Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock while in transit from our suppliers. When this happens, processing time may be slightly extended. If so, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Carriers

Larger or heavier packages may be shipped via UPS when necessary.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
Customers may be required to file a claim with the carrier to begin the process.
